These terms govern your use of the QuotaFlo pre-launch website and waitlist at this address. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. QuotaFlo is a New Zealand–based business. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms.
1. About this site
This is a pre-launch ("coming soon") website. The QuotaFlo app is not yet available, and the information here is provided to tell you about it and let you register interest. Any details, features, screenshots, timing, and pricing described are indicative only and may change before launch.
2. The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It is not a purchase, a contract for the app, or a guarantee that the app will launch, that you'll be given access, or that any particular feature will exist.
- "Founding-member pricing" describes an offer we intend to make available to early waitlist members at launch. The final price, currency, eligibility, and conditions will be confirmed at launch and may change. Nothing here is a binding offer of a particular price.
- Please provide accurate details so we can contact you. You may ask to be removed at any time by emailing support@quotaflo.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit false, automated, or other people's details; attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems; scrape or harvest data; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or remove sign-ups and restrict access to protect the site and other users.
4. Intellectual property
The QuotaFlo name, logo, branding, wording, graphics, and the design of this site are owned by QuotaFlo and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our prior written permission.
5. Third-party links & services
The site uses third-party services (such as our form processor and font and hosting providers) and may link to third-party websites. We're not responsible for the content or practices of third parties; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any information on it is complete, current, or final. This section is subject to Section 8 (Your consumer rights) below — nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuotaFlo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or any loss of profit, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of (or inability to use) this pre-launch site. Because this is a free informational site, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to NZ$100. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, and are subject to Section 8.
8. Your consumer rights (by region)
Some countries give consumers rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these terms. Nothing in these terms limits those rights, and where there is any conflict, your local consumer-protection law prevails.
🇳🇿 New Zealand
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply to you as a consumer.
🇦🇺 Australia
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those consumer guarantees or any other right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other UK consumer-protection law.
🇪🇺 European Union / EEA
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights under the law of your country of residence, and these terms do not deprive you of them.
🌏 United States, Canada & South Africa
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so some of the limits in Sections 6 and 7 may not apply to you. You retain any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law (including, in the US, applicable state law; in Canada, applicable consumer-protection legislation; and in South Africa, the Consumer Protection Act 2008).
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your information, including region-specific privacy rights.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on the site applies from when it's posted, and we'll update the date at the top. If you continue to use the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer resident in another country, you also have the benefit of any mandatory protections and may be able to bring proceedings in your own country's courts where local law gives you that right. We'd always prefer to sort out any concern directly first — email support@quotaflo.com.
12. General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms (together with our Privacy Policy) are the entire agreement between us about the pre-launch site. We may withdraw, suspend, or change the site at any time.
